Milling Chuck:
- ANGLED KEYWAY. A
manual T-wrench is
used to position the
chuck
jaws from any of 3
key locations. The
30-degree keyway allows
continuous turning
for quick work
positioning.
MULTIPLE CHUCKS may
be set side by
side without
interference.
- LOW PROFILE
DESIGN. This chuck
is strong, but
exceptionally thin.
Machine potential is
maximized as larger workpieces can be
processed.
Best work holding
solution for VMC
applications.
- SEAL. Unique
taper seal seals out
not only chips and
dust, but also
coolant, allowing
for use with CNC
equipment.
- LUBRICANT.
Consistent jaw movement
is achieved by
internal
lubrication.
Chucks are lubed up
easily from the grease
nipple located
on top of
the chuck.
- MOUNTING. The TKK Milling Chuck
has an integral base
plate providing for
easy use and
storage. Tap
holes are also
provided on the
reverse side as an
alternative mounting
solution : 6" and 8"
chucks have M10
mounting holes, and
10" and 12" chucks
have M12 holes.
Using the
reverse-side
mounting, the flange
may be turned down
to reduce outside
diameter, making
this chuck ideal
for pallet
workholding.
Mounting on
Tombstones is
also possible.
